In The Ancient And Recent Times
The laws of God are already in existence
in heaven before the creation of the world. The laws did not start with Holy
Moses and the Israelites. The laws of God are everlasting, from everlasting to
everlasting. That is one of the reason why God is said to be the Rock of Ages
and the Ancient of Days.
Even the ancient men of God,
including Adam, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob observed the laws of God,
before the time of Holy Moses and the Israelites.
That is also the reasons, why
during the first visit to bring the Ten Commandments from God, God wrote the
laws by Himself, writing what was already obtainable, being done, in heaven.
And that was why during the
second visit to bring the Ten Commandments, God told Holy Moses to write the
laws on earthly tablets. As Holy Moses copied the laws on the two earthly
tablets, even so shall the will of God be done here on earth as it is in heaven.
Even on the days that people
observe sit-at-home or lockdown, observe the environments. You will discover
that the environments are usually different. And, the environments are
peaceful, quiet, restful with a kind of serenity and glory, which are not
observable on the other days, when people are busy hustling and bustling.
Beware of hypocrisy
Today, and for
the past many years, humanity have been hypocrites, without knowing it. They
have introduced freedom of worship, such that anybody is free to worship
whatever he wants, anytime, anywhere and anyhow. That is why the churches,
ministries and fellowships hold prayers and fasting, on the mountains, down in
the valleys, in the wildernesses, by the riversides, inside the monasteries and
in every possible spaces. They are organizing so many different types of
religious activities, which include novenas, rosaries, crusades, outreaches,
adorations, shilohs, congresses, turnarounds and
conferences. In all these pieties, and by all these activities, they still
refuse and fail to do the will of God.
What God Desires From Humanity
What God demands from
humanity is not the numerousity of religious pieties
or diversity of church activities. All that Yahweh
wants from humanity is simple obedience, to do God’s will in every situation,
from day to day, from generations to generations and from everlasting to
everlasting.
